Installation Procedure

    Using DT-51467  Seal Installer and DT-305-1  Driver Handle, install the NEW power transfer unit output seal (1).

    Install the NEW power transfer unit propeller shaft retainer (1).

  3. Install the propeller shaft. Propeller Shaft Replacement
  4. Fill the power transfer unit to the bottom of the power transfer unit fill plug hole with the recommended fluid. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers , and Approximate Fluid Capacities
