Heater Core: Service and Repair

Locations:

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Partially drain coolant.
3. Glove box as and lower sound insulator.
4. Programmer and Electronic Control Module.
5. Module assembly heater core cover.
6. Inlet and outlet hoses to heater core.
7. Two heater core retaining screws.
8. Heater core.
9. Perform Air Mix Valve Adjustment. Refer to Air Mix Valve. Adjustments
