Test Conditions:
- No problems on throttle switch, 4th gear, or MAP circuits.
- Gear shift in Drive or Reverse.
- Brake not applied.
- ISC throttle switch open.
- MAP less than or equal to 85 kPa.
- Transmission is 4th gear (4th gear switch open).
- RPM greater than or equal to 1400.
