Code P099, Cruise Control Servo Applied Not In Cruise: Action

PCM disables cruise control and PCM will disable fuel to individual cylinders to reduce engine power.

1. Checks if PCM can control cruise control solenoid.
2. Checks if cruise control position sensor is working correctly.
3. Checks if cruise control servo will extend fully. If servo does not extend fully, check circuit No. 205 for a short to voltage.
