Removal & Installation

Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove rear compartment trim panel. See REAR COMPARTMENT TRIM PANEL  . Remove bay board fasteners and pull bay board away from body. See Figure . Place bay board module side up in rear compartment. Disconnect electrical connections from Rear Integration Module (RIM). Remove fasteners retaining module to bay board and remove RIM. To install, reverse removal procedure.
