NOTE:
On immobilizer system and content theft deterrent systems, perform SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK prior to system diagnosis. See TROUBLE SHOOTING. After making repairs, repeat SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK to ensure proper system operation.
NOTE:
System tests are written specifically for GM Tech 2 scan tool. A generic scan tool may not be capable of performing all necessary test functions.
