Installation Procedure

- Install the lateral accelerometer (2).
Tighten: Tighten the two lateral accelerometer nuts (1) to 3 N.m (24 lb in).
- Connect the lateral accelerometer connector.
- Install the passenger seat. Refer to Seat Replacement (Power) or Seat Replacement (Manual) in Seats.
- Turn the ignition switch to the ON position, engine off.
- Perform the Diagnostic System Check - ABS .
