Removal Procedure

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
  2. Remove the passenger seat. Refer to Seat Replacement (Power) or Seat Replacement (Manual) in Seats.
  3. Disconnect the lateral accelerometer connector.
  4. Remove the two lateral accelerometer nuts (1).
  5. Remove the lateral accelerometer (2).
