Installation Procedure

  1. Install the air cleaner intake duct.
  2. Install the PCV hose to the intake duct resonator.
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Tighten the air cleaner duct clamps.

    Tighten: 

    • Tighten the air cleaner duct clamp at the mass air flow (MAF) sensor to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
    • Tighten the air cleaner duct clamp at the throttle body to 7 N.m (35 lb in).
