Installation Procedure

Connect the receiver connector and route the wire harness through the I/P carrier.
Line up the receiver with the hole on the retainer.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the retaining screws to the remote control door lock receiver.
Tighten: Tighten the screws to 2.5 N.m (22 lb in).
Install the I/P trim pad. Refer to Trim Pad Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
Program the door lock receiver as required. Refer to Programming Theft Deterrent System Components (RCDLR Setup) or Programming Theft Deterrent System Components (Domestic) or Programming Theft Deterrent System Components (Export - Including Canada) in Theft Deterrent.
Program the TPM sensors. Refer to Tire Pressure Sensor Learn in Tire Pressure Monitoring.
