Cruise Control Module Programming and Setup

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2007 Cadillac XLR. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

After replacing the adaptive cruise module (ACM) or the forward looking sensor (FLS), the cruise control module setup and programming procedure must be performed. Use the scan tool and perform a Factory Reset of the adaptive cruise module (ACM). The Auto Alignment Learn Status parameter will read Not Aligned, however, the FLS will automatically align itself during normal customer driving.
