Removal Procedure

    Fig 1: Identifying Air Cleaner Resonator Duct Clamp & MAF/IAT Sensor With Bolts

  1. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .
  2. Loosen the air cleaner resonator duct clamp (1).
  3. Remove the air cleaner resonator duct.
  4. Remove the mass air flow (MAF/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor bolts (2).
  5. Remove the MAF/IAT sensor (3) and seal.
