The stop/start capacitor control module detects the LIN supply voltage is greater than 17.16 V.

The stop/start capacitor control module detects the battery voltage is greater than 17.06 V.

The stop/start capacitor control module detects the external safe supply voltage is less than 62% of the measured battery voltage.
