Communication Interface Module Replacement

Callout Component Name
Preliminary Procedure 
Remove the rear window panel trim. Refer to Rear Window Panel Trim Replacement (With DB3) and Rear Window Panel Trim Replacement (Without DB3) .
1 Communication Interface Module Bolt
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten 
2.5 N.m (22 lb in)
2 Communication Interface Module Battery Nuts (Qty: 2)
Tighten 
4.0 N.m (35 lb in)
3 Communication Interface Module Battery
Procedure 
  1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  2. For programming and set up, refer to Control Module References
