Installation Procedure
- NOTE:
Drive motor control module cooling outlet hose fitting seal is not serviceable separately.
Drive Motor Control Module Cooling Inlet Hose Fitting (1) - Install
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- NOTE:

Drive Motor Power Inverter Module (2) - Install
- Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Bolt (1) - Install and tighten in sequence [16x] - Fastener Specifications
- NOTE:
Some components not shown for graphic clarity.
Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Connector Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
- NOTE:
Some components not shown for graphic clarity.
Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Cover (2) - Install
- Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications
- NOTE:
Some components not shown for graphic clarity.
Retainer (2) - Engage [2x]
- Electrical Connector (1) - Connect
- NOTE:

Rear Electric Drive Transmission Module Coolant Hose (2) - Install
- Retainer (1) @ Rear Electric Drive Transmission Module Coolant Hose (2) - Engage
- NOTE:
Transmission fluid cooler pipe seals are not serviceable separately.
Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe (1) - Install NEW
- Transmission Fluid Cooler Pipe Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
- NOTE:
Some components not shown for graphic clarity.
Rear Drive Motor Mount (2) Install
- Rear Drive Motor Mount Bolt (3) - Install NEW and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
- Lower the overhead hoist, and rotate the rear suspension cradle (1) back into position.
- NOTE:
Some components not shown for graphic clarity.
- Rear Drive Motor Mount Bolt (1) - Install NEW and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- CAUTION:
This vehicle is equipped with torque-to-yield or single use fasteners. Install a NEW torque-to-yield or single use fastener when installing this component. Failure to replace the torque-to-yield or single use fastener could cause damage to the vehicle or component.

Rear Drive Motor Rear Mount Bolt (1) - Install NEW and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Position the rear chassis wiring harness (4) into place at the rear suspension cradle.
- Wiring Harness Retainer (1 - 3) @ Rear Suspension Cradle - Install
Position the front chassis wiring harness (5) into place at the rear suspension cradle.
- Connect the wiring harness retainers as necessary. (3, 4)
- Connect the electrical connectors. (1, 2)
Wiring Harness Retainer (1) @ Rear Suspension Cradle - Install
Install the 2 left and right side coil springs and insulators (1).
Rear Suspension Cradle (1) - Install - Rear Suspension Cradle Removal and Installation
- Run all necessary programming and setup procedures. Control Module References
