Door Latch Module Assembly: Removal
- Remove door trim panel. See DOOR TRIM PANEL . Move upper half of water deflector to gain access.
- Remve rear glass run channel retainer and screw.
- Remove outside door handle rod from door latch.
- Remove lock cylinder rod from door latch.
- Disconnect wire harness from lock actuator connector, if equipped.
- Remove rivets, using a 1/4-INCH drill bit.
- Remove screws. See Fig 1 .
- Remove door latch module assembly.
