Overvoltage Protection Relay: Description and Operation

PURPOSE
Inform the ECM that there is a basic generator over voltage problem.

OPERATION
If voltage is greater than 17.1 volts for 5 seconds at ECM terminal "B1", sets Diagnostic Fault Code 53.
