Transmitter Synchronization

Perform this procedure when the following conditions exist:
^ A keyless entry transmitter is malfunctioning
^ After replacing the batteries on the keyless entry transmitter.

Press and hold the UNLOCK button and the LOCK button simultaneously for 7 seconds in order to resynchronize the transmitter.

If the keyless entry transmitter is resynchronized within range of the vehicle, the door locks will cycle. This action indicates that the resynchronization was successful.
