Lock Function
Pressing lock position on either door lock switch sends a voltage signal to door lock relay terminal "A" (Light Blue wire). Pressing lock position turns on lock relay located inside door lock relay assembly. Lock relay completes circuit that supplies voltage to door lock relay terminal "B" (Gray wire). Gray wire is voltage feed to actuators. At this time, unlock relay is not energized. When unlock relay is off, terminal "E" (Tan wire) is grounded, which provides a ground path to door lock actuators. Entire action described completes electrical circuit to actuators in each door, thus locking doors. When door lock switch is released, door lock relay contact closes to ground, and actuators turn off.
