Air Flow Meter/Sensor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Turn OFF the ignition.
2. Loosen both clamps on the MAF sensor (1).
3. Remove the air inlet duct from the MAF sensor.
4. Remove the MAF sensor from air filter housing.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Carefully install MAP sensor (1) to air inlet grommet.
2. Attach the MAF sensor (1) to air inlet duct and install the air inlet duct.
3. Tighten the MAP sensor clamps.
4. Connect the MAP sensor electrical connector.
