Programming CTD Sensor, Arming & Disarming Modes
- Turn instrument panel dimmer switch off. Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Remove BCM PRGRM fuse located in instrument panel fuse block. Turn ignition switch to ACC position. Seat belt warning light flashes and chime sounds 4 times to indicate BCM type 4 (CTD) and BCM is in programming mode.
- To change shock sensor mode, turn headlight switch from OFF to PARK position, and then back to OFF position. The seat belt warning light will flash and chime will sound to indicate current mode. When mode 4 is reached, mode 1 will be repeated.NOTE: Programming arming and disarming modes requires another key to operate door lock cylinder while ignition is in ACC position.
- To change arming and disarming modes, insert key in front door or liftgate lock and turn key to unlock position. Press horn button on RKE transmitter. Chime will sound to indicate current customization mode. Press horn button on RKE transmitter to change mode. When mode 3 is reached, mode 1 will be repeated.
- To exit and save current programming mode, turn key in door to center and remove key. Turn ignition off. Replace BCM PRGRM fuse.
