Enable Criteria

Barometric pressure is more than 74 kPa.
Engine coolant is 160-248°F (71-120°C).
Intake Air Temperature (IAT) is 5-167°F (-15-75°C).
Engine is in closed loop.
Engine has run for 6-8 minutes off idle.
Battery voltage is 11-18 volts.
