Removal Procedure

Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
Remove the right insulator panels. Refer to CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT - RIGHT (OUTBOARD) or CLOSEOUT/INSULATOR PANEL REPLACEMENT - RIGHT (INBOARD) in Instrument panel, Gages, and Console.
Slide the body control module (BCM) from the bracket.
Disconnect the BCM connectors from the BCM.
Remove the BCM (2).
