Installation Procedure

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the EGR pipe to the exhaust manifold.
Tighten: Tighten the EGR pipe nut to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
Install the EGR pipe to the EGR valve.
Install the EGR pipe bolt.
Tighten: Tighten the bolt to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).
