Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Identifying ECM And Retaining Nuts

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

Install the ECM and the retaining nuts.
Tighten: Tighten the ECM retaining nuts to 12 N.m (106 lb in) .
Connect the ECM connector.

Tighten the ECM bracket nuts.
Tighten: Tighten the ECM bracket nuts to 12 N.m (106 lb in) .
Install the battery. Refer to Battery and Battery Tray Replacement in Engine Electrical.
