| Affected Model(s): | 2005 Buick Terraza; 2005 Chevrolet Uplander; 2005 Pontiac Montana SV6; 2005 Saturn Relay |
Condition
Some customers may comment that the security light comes on. Upon investigation, the technician may find DTC B3055 set in history. This condition may be intermittent and most likely will occur after a battery drain.
Correction
Technicians are to reprogram the BCM with an updated software calibration. This new service calibration was released with TIS satellite data update version 5.0 available May 5, 2005. As always, make sure your Tech 2(R) is updated with the latest software version.
For "stand alone" or non-GM Access connected dealers, the TIS 5 2005 Data CD5 will also contain this information and is expected to be mailed starting the week of 5/9/05 for GM, week of 5/16/05 for Saturn U.S., and the week of 5/23/05 for Saturn Canada.
