Preliminary Procedures

Disconnect battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

Knock Sensor Bolt

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Procedure

Disconnect the electrical connector.
DO NOT mistake the knock sensor electrical connector with the generator electrical connector.

Tighten
25 N.m (18 lb ft)
