Installation Procedure

If removed, install the EBCM. Refer to Electronic Brake Control Module Replacement .
Install the BPMV assembly to the BPMV bracket.

CAUTION:

Install the BPMV bolt (1) and washer (2) and tighten the bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

Install the master cylinder primary brake pipe fitting (1) to the BPMV and tighten the fitting to 24 N.m (18 lb ft).

Install the master cylinder secondary brake pipe fitting (1) to the BPMV and tighten the fitting to 24 N.m (18 lb ft).

Install the left front brake pipe fitting (1) to the BPMV and tighten the fitting to 24 N.m (18 lb ft).

Install the right rear brake pipe fitting (1) to the BPMV and tighten the fitting to 24 N.m (18 lb ft).

Install the left rear brake pipe fitting (1) to the BPMV and tighten the fitting to 24 N.m (18 lb ft).

Install the right front brake pipe fitting (1) to the BPMV and tighten the fitting to 24 N.m (18 lb ft).
Connect the EBCM electrical connector.
Reposition the radiator surge tank and install the nuts. Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Replacement .
Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .
Bleed the antilock brake system. Refer to Antilock Brake System Automated Bleed .
