Installation Procedure

  1. Install the EBCM (1) to the BPMV.
    2. Fig 2: Electronic Brake Control Module Bolts

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the EBCM bolts (1) and tighten to 3 N.m (27 lb in).
  3. Connect the EBCM electrical connector.
  4. Reposition the radiator surge tank and install the nuts. Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Replacement .
  5. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
  6. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .
  7. Program the EBCM. Refer to Control Module References .
