Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
  2. Fig 1: Positive Battery Cable Nut

  3. Unlock the retaining tabs on the fuse block, and open the cover.
  4. Remove the positive battery cable nut (1) and the positive battery cable (2) from the battery.

  6. Remove fuse plate (1) from fuse block.

  8. Remove the bolts (1) retaining the wiring harness to the fuse plate and remove wiring harness.

  10. Remove fuse block housing fasteners (1, 2), and fuse block housing (3).
