| Cause | This may be a result of radio reprogramming events that were completed prior to October 10, 2016. |
CORRECTION
IMPORTANT:
Do not replace the radio, steering wheel controls, OnStar module, or Body Control Module (BCM) for this concern.
If you encounter a vehicle with the above concern, determine when radio reprogramming was completed.
If the programming was completed prior to October 10, 2016; USB and SPS program the radio again by following the programming procedure and tips outlined in SI.
The USB and SPS radio calibrations available in TIS2web since October 10, 2016 are designed to repair and prevent this concern.
