Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Auxiliary Oil Cooler Bolts And Push Pins

  1. Install the auxiliary oil cooler to the vehicle.
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the bolts (1) and the push pins (2) that retain the auxiliary oil cooler to the radiator brace.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the bolts to 12 N.m (9 lb ft).

  3. Connect the transmission oil cooler lines to the auxiliary cooler. Refer to appropriate transmission repair information.
  4. Install the front grille assembly. Refer to EXTERIOR TRIM .
