Installation Procedure

- Install a NEW seal (2).

- Partially install the secondary fuel pump module in order to connect the fuel transfer hose quick connect fitting (1). Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .

- Rotate the lock ring (1) clockwise using the CH-48482
wrench and install the lock ring.

- Connect the secondary fuel tank module electrical connector (1).
- Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .
