Installation Procedure

  1. Push the module back at the top and slide down in of the glow plug control module bracket.
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the glow plug control module nut (1) and tighten to 9 (80 lb in).
  3. Connect the 2 wiring harness plugs (4).
  4. If equipped, install the battery cover.
  5. Install the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
  6. Programming the glow plug control module. Refer to Glow Plug Control Module Programming and Setup .
