Preliminary Procedure 
Remove the instrument panel upper trim panel with windshield defroster nozzle grille. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel with Windshield Defroster Nozzle Grille Replacement (Acadia w/RPO UV6) , Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel with Windshield Defroster Nozzle Grille Replacement (Acadia w/o RPO UV6) , Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel with Windshield Defroster Nozzle Grille Replacement (Enclave) , Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel with Windshield Defroster Nozzle Grille Replacement (Traverse) .
1 Forward Collision Alert Display (Qty: 2)
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten 
2.5 N.m (22 lb in)

Procedure 
Disconnect the electrical connector.
