Installation Procedure

  1. Install the EBCM (1) to the BPMV.
    2. Fig 2: EBCM Bolts

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the EBCM bolts (1) and tighten to 3 N.m (26 lb in).
  3. Install the BPMV with EBCM and bracket assembly. Refer to Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Replacement .
  4. Install the battery tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement .
  5. Program the EBCM. Refer to Electronic Brake Control Module Programming and Setup .
