Preliminary Procedure
- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
- Only remove the rear wheelhouse liner fasteners that attach the liner to the rear fascia. Refer to Rear Wheelhouse Liner Replacement

Side Object Sensor Module Procedure
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Depress the retainer tab (arrow) and slide the module out of the retaining bracket.
