Installation Procedure

Position the front lower control rear link (3) in the drivetrain and front suspension frame (2).
Install the front lower control rear link bolt (1) and tighten it until the fastener is snug and the front lower control rear link does not shift, but do not tighten it completely.

CAUTION:

Install the front lower control rear link nut (2) and tighten.
Tighten
1. First Pass: 150 N.m (111 lb ft)
2. Second Pass: Loosen 180 degrees
3. Third Pass: 55 N.m (41 lb ft)
4. Final Pass: 30 degrees
If equipped, connect the electronic suspension front position sensor link to the front lower control rear link. Electronic Suspension Front Position Sensor Replacement
Install the front tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
Lower the vehicle until it is resting fully on the ground.
Bounce the vehicle several times to settle the front suspension.

Tighten the front lower control rear link bolt (1).
Tighten
1. First Pass: 60 N.m (44 lb ft)
2. Final Pass: 120 degrees
