Installation Procedure

  1. Remove the special tool: EN-6015  plugs

  2. Fuel Feed Front Pipe (2) @ Fuel Feed Pipe (1)» Connect - Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  3. Remove the special tool: EN-6015  plugs

  4. Fuel Feed Front Pipe (1) @ Fuel Pump (2)» Connect - Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  5. Fuel Pump Insulator (3) @ Fuel Pump (1)» Install

  6. Connect the electrical connector. (2)
  7. Engine Wiring Harness Bracket» (2) Install

  8. Engine Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1)» Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
    CAUTION: Fastener Caution
  9. Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose» Install - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement 
  10. Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
  11. Start the engine and check for fuel leaks.
