If the Process is interrupted right at the hard stop:

The controller needs to see motor movement to initialize but no movement can occur because the process was interrupted when the motor was stalled against the hard stop:

1. Either disconnect power and or ignition to the drive.
2. Insert a 4mm hex wrench into the drive assembly and back the motor away from the hard stop (move the glass toward CLOSE) about 2 inches. Repeat if glass can't achieve closed position.
3. Reconnect power to the drive. Proceed as directed above in, "For An Existing Drive Assembly".
