Remove the steering column lower trim cover. Refer to Steering Column Lower Trim Cover Replacement .
Remove the ignition lock cylinder. Refer to Ignition Lock Cylinder Replacement .

Theft Deterrent Module Fastener (Qty: 2)

CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten
2.5 N.m (22 lb in)

Theft Deterrent Module

Procedure

Disconnect the electrical connector.
Slide the module to remove from the housing.
Refer to Control Module References for programming and set up procedures.
