Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Battery Tray Bolts And Engine Control Module Bracket

  1. Install Engine Control Module Bracket (2)
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Install and tighten Battery Tray Bolts (1) (Qty: 2) to 9 N.m (80 lb in)
    3. Fig 2: Engine Control Module Bracket Bolt

  3. Install and tighten Engine Control Module Bracket Bolt (1) to 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  4. Install the left front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Left Side (Chevrolet)
  5. Install Engine Control Module. Refer to Engine Control Module Replacement 
  6. Install Auxiliary Battery. Refer to Auxiliary Battery Replacement (9C1)
