Installation Procedure

    Install a NEW seal. (1)

  2. Install the engine coolant temperature sensor. (2)
  3. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor Retainer (4) - Install
  4. Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor electrical connector. (3)

    Heater Outlet Hose (1) - Connect

  6. Heater Outlet Hose Clamp (2) - Tighten
  7. Radiator Inlet Hose@Water Outlet - Install - Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement
  8. Heater Outlet Hose Vapor Vent Hose Replacement - Install
  9. Fill the cooling system. Cooling System Draining and Filling
