Installation Procedure

Coat the fuel injector seals with engine oil. (1)

NOTE:

The EN-51146 - 2 - 5 calibrations tools must be installed.

O-Ring (1)@Fuel Injector (2) - Install [4x]

NOTE:
Do NOT reuse the old bolt.

Fuel Injector (3)@Fuel Injection Fuel Rail (1) - Install [4x]
Apply thread locking adhesive to the NEW fuel injector bolts. (4) [8x] Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers

CAUTION:

Fastener Caution

NOTE:

Install NEW bolts.

Fuel Injector Bolt (4)@Fuel Injector (3) - Install and tighten [8x] 5 N.m (44 lb in)
Fuel Injector Wiring Harness (2) - Connect [4x]
Fuel Injection Fuel Rail Assembly Removal and Installation - Install
