  2. In the SPS Supported Controllers screen, select K73 Telematics Communication Interface Control Module Programming and Service Activation and follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. Clear DTCs.
  4. After Control Module Programming and Service Activation, if the vehicle is equipped with RPO VV4, on the Supported Controllers screen select K73 Telematics Communication Interface Control Module WiFi Enable (Gen 10 only) Programming and follow the on-screen instructions.
    NOTE:

The WiFi Enable step must be performed AFTER the Programming and Service Activation step, or WiFi will not function. If Programming and Service Activation step is performed after the WiFi Enable step, WiFi will be disabled.

  5. Press the OnStar® Blue Button to call OnStar® and have the system activated. If the customer refused OnStar® services (terms and conditions) and the vehicle is equipped with RPO VV4 have the OnStar® consultant turn off the WiFi demo message that occurs after every ignition on event.
