Logic Module To Diagnostic Readout Box (DRB) Circuit (No Code 88)

  1. Turn ignition off. Disconnect White connector from logic module. Disconnect readout box from engine harness connector. Connect an ohmmeter between cavity No. 15 of logic module connector and Pink wire of diagnostic connector. If ohmmeter reads continuity, go to next step. If ohmmeter does not read continuity, repair Pink wire for an open circuit.
  2. Connect ohmmeter between cavity No. 15 of logic module connector and ground. If ohmmeter does not show continuity, connect readout box on another vehicle. If readout box works, replace logic module. If "00" appears on another vehicle repair readout box. If ohmmeter reads continuity, repair Pink wire for a short to ground.
