Installation (3.5L)

- Using NEW gasket, install EGR valve assembly and EGR pipe with bolts loosely installed. Ensure EGR pipe is parallel with mounting surface on EGR valve assembly.
- Tighten EGR valve assembly and EGR pipe bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Reconnect EGR valve assembly harness connector.
