Setting Memory Positions In Remote Keyless Entry System

Memory Heat Seat/Mirror Module (MHSMM) communicates with the Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) system through the Programmable Communication Interface (PCI) bus (Violet/Yellow wire). See WIRING DIAGRAMS . MHSMM settings can be programmed and recalled by the RKE system. Up to 2 RKE transmitters can be programmed with memory function. To program RKE system for memory recall, perform following procedures:

Set memory seat, mirrors and radio to desired positions.
Press and release memory switch No. 1 button. Within 10 seconds, press and release LOCK button on one of the RKE transmitters. Do not press any buttons for 10 seconds.

To set RKE transmitter for memory position No. 2, repeat procedure using memory switch No. 2 button.
