Power Windows Not Operational With Ignition Off

Only possible cause for this fault is a faulty Electronic Timer Alarm Control System Electronic Control Unit (ETACS-ECU). Replace ETACS-ECU. ETACS-ECU is located behind junction block at lower left corner of instrument panel.
