Courtesy Lights Inoperative - All Lights

NOTE: After making any repairs, perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST  under VERIFICATION TESTS.
  1. Remove and inspect fuse No. 5 (10-amp) in junction block. Junction block is located under left side of instrument panel. Replace fuse as necessary. If fuse is okay, go to next step.
  2. Gain access to junction block C10 6-pin connector. See Figure . Backprobing, measure voltage at terminal No. 6 at junction block C10 connector. If battery voltage is not present, replace junction block. If battery voltage is present, go to next step.
  3. Connect a jumper wire between ground and 1 at junction block C10 connector. If all courtesy lights turn on, replace BCM. If one or more courtesy lights do not turn on, repair open in appropriate courtesy light driver circuit. See ILLUMINATION/INTERIOR LIGHTS article.
